What was the campaign about and what was its goal?

Gamescom 2023, the year when largest European gaming expo returned to its former glory. Our goal was to represent our clients at various booths as well as our own. We delivered a total of six booths with major one being AMD B2B booth, Alaskan Road Truckers B2C booth and our own Polish Indie Booth at B2C. Additonally, we created our Galaktus BizHub聽B2B booth where we hosted some clients and games such as Ghostrunner.

Campaign implementation 

We started out by gathering insights on what each booth would need in orded to fulfill each of our clients. We aimed at gaining attention of business visitors, gamers, media editors and influencers. We designed spaces, activations, construction and eventually delivered fully operating booths with new AMD products showcased and games such as Ghostrunner 2, Alaskan Road Truckers or War Thunder showcased at our booth.

Our accomplishments聽

We operated on a total space of 900 square meters, delivered 70 high-end PC/console stations, shown a total of 54 games, representing a total of 68 brands. With a total team of 25 people on site, we were able to be responsible for the delivery of 400 media clippings, 130 influencer mentions, were the hosts to almost 300 meetings and done this with drinking only 180 litres of coffee in the process. Pretty impressive if you ask us 馃槈
